Tips for learning English

Learning and speaking English is not easy. If you are taking the IELTS exam or the CAE Cambridge C1 exam, this website will be helpful for you. 

If you are learning English from the beginning is it necessary to start with elementary level. You need to learn simple vocabulary, verbs, adjectives and nouns and start making sentences which are relevant to you and your life and interests.

Resources

There are many free resources online. I will add some links to this post later on. But you can try using things like google translate for free, then you can try using different text books. There are many videos by teachers on youtube, There are podcasts and websites like my website with lots of information. 

Finding a teacher

If you are looking for an English teacher with a good understanding of how to teach English, then click on my website and look at the about me section or click on book lessons. When you book a lesson with a teacher a good idea is to ask for a proficiency test to find your level. After this, it is a good idea to ask for extra tasks to do outside the lessons. Use the lessons for speaking but allow your teacher to give you all the different skills, grammar and vocabulary too. This method of teaching is very important, so that you do not miss any area of knowledge.
