Subscription Terms
These terms explain the self-study membership, including recurring PayPal plans and fixed-term PayPhone card passes, with clear billing, cancellation and refund details.
1. What the membership includes
Members receive access to the self-study course library available to their membership level. The library may grow, change and improve over time. Individual lessons may be added, revised, replaced or reorganized to maintain quality and a clear learning pathway.
2. Prices and payments
- Monthly membership: $3, renewed monthly, processed through PayPal.
- Annual membership: $30, renewed yearly, processed through PayPal.
- 6-Month Card Pass: base price $16.00 + 15% IVA ($2.40) = total $18.40, one payment, no automatic renewal, processed through PayPhone.
- 12-Month Card Pass: base price $30.00 + 15% IVA ($4.50) = total $34.50, one payment, no automatic renewal, processed through PayPhone.
- The exact price, billing type and processor are shown again before payment. Access starts after payment confirmation.
3. Cancellation
For recurring PayPal memberships, you may cancel future renewals at any time through your Hibiscus Teach membership account or your PayPal account. Cancel before the next renewal date to stop future charges. Access continues through the paid period already covered.
PayPhone Card Passes are not recurring. There is no renewal to cancel, and a pass expires automatically at the end of its purchased period. A new card pass can be purchased manually if you want to continue access.
4. Refunds and payment problems
Because access to digital materials is provided immediately, payments are normally non-refundable once access has begun. If you believe a payment was duplicated, taken in error or the paid service did not work as described, contact Hibiscus Teach promptly by replying to your membership email. Requests will be reviewed fairly. Nothing in this policy removes any consumer rights that must apply under relevant law.
5. Account use
Your login is for your personal study. Do not share, sell or publish account access or member-only materials. Hibiscus Teach may protect or suspend an account where there is strong evidence of misuse, fraud or harmful activity.
6. Availability and changes
Reasonable steps are taken to keep the website and materials available. Temporary interruptions may occur for maintenance, security or technical reasons. Significant changes to the membership or these terms will be communicated through the website or membership email where practical.
