The Present, Past, Future structure
- Present: your current role or professional focus.
- Past: one relevant experience or achievement.
- Future: why this opportunity is a logical next step.
Model answer
“I’m a customer support specialist with three years of experience helping international clients. In my current role, I manage complex enquiries and recently helped improve our response process. I’m now looking for a position where I can use those communication skills in a growing global team.”
